Fares & Payments

  • All charges are transparent—no hidden fees will be applied.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pick-up time. Delays may result in additional waiting charges.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey.

  • Smoking, consuming alcohol, or illegal substances inside the taxi is strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Taxi Melbourne is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

Driver & Company Rights

  • Our drivers have the right to refuse service to passengers who behave in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
